We have been waiting for some 40knt plus winds to rip through the Solent and today we got them. Our new Solent rib boat was custom made for us by Redbay Boats in Ireland and not has been fully tested in 4 metre waves. I was not able to hold the camers as we passed the Needles, but did get the approaches to the Needles channel and Hurst.
